The U.S. Constitution and every State Constitution provides three branches of government with the authority to ignore, amend, override, or veto acts of another branch in order to prevent any one branch from exerting too much power or power beyond its authority. This is a government run by a consensus of the branches under the authority of “We the People.”
The executive branch, as an example, can veto laws created by Congress, but Congress or the state legislatures can override the veto. The legislative branch has the power of the purse over both the executive and the judicial branches. The judicial branch has no power to enforce their decisions and must depend on the executive branch. The executive branch must depend on the legislature to pass laws, because neither the executive nor the judicial branch can make laws. Bad actors in all three branches can be impeached. The Constitution, adopted in 1787, is the “supreme law of the land” because no law may be passed that contradicts its principles. No person or government is exempt from following it. This is a brilliant system of government created by the drafters of the U.S. Constitution, where the final arbitrator is “We the People.”
However, the judicial branch, which has no U.S. Constitutional force or will, has effectively through judicial subterfuge, lies, turned the executive and legislative branches into a subvariant of their true U.S. constitutional designs. Almost every evil dictator has been quoted as saying, “If you tell a lie often enough, everyone will believe it.” Sadly, this is true; without the learned knowledge of the truth anyone can be easily manipulated by an unscrupulous person of authority, a teacher, or a judge. Psychologists confirm that when a person is told the lie enough times, it becomes part of their reality. Therefore, if enough people accept the lie of Judicial Supremacy, it now becomes part of the culture and passes to the next generation.
The judicial branch has fraudulently instituted Judicial Supremacy, and they dominate the other two branches. The Supreme Court has appointed itself as the final arbitrator of the actions of both the executive and legislative branches. Remarkably, both of these branches have yielded their authority. This has established America’s judicial oligarchy in every State and the federal judiciary, in which a number of judges exercise final control.
